We provide coveralls with a range of fabrics depending on their diverse applications and purpose. Although the main function of a coverall is to provide protection, fabric choices are made keeping in mind other considerations as well such as heat stress, physical demands of the work task and the type of environment it is used in.

Disposable coveralls are manufactured using fabric made from

  • Non-Woven Polypropylene fibers
    laminated with Polyethylene film
  • SSMMS (Spunbond x 2, Meltblown x 2
    and Spunbond x 1)
  • Woven with waterproof coating

Reusable coveralls are generally made of

  • knitted fabric with Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) coating
  • Woven with waterproof coating

Non-woven Laminated fabrics: These fabrics include a substrate made from a polypropylene nonwoven to which a layer of polyethylene film is added. Laminated fabrics generally offer higher resistance to chemical permeation than SMS fabrics. Laminated fabrics are generally less breathable than SMS fabrics. 60-100 GSM fabrics are used.


SSMMS: Simply described as Spunbond x 2, Meltblown x 2 and Spunbond x 1, SSMMS is a 5
layered (100%) Polypropylene Nonwoven Fabric, which is manufactured by using all the 5 beams of the machine to achieve the best quality, which includes fine filtration, low pressure drop, acoustic insulation, decent strength and elongation. 40-60 GSM fabrics are used.

Extra Protection for Medical and Frontline Workers

For a medical PPE, a 2 layer seam sealing tape is used, which is designed to seal the seams on light to medium weight, PP and PE fabrics. According to fabric type, we use tape made out of fabric + Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymer (EVA) or Polyethylene (PE) + EVA.

Using different fabric technologies, we design coveralls which help provide an appropriate level of protection and user comfort for a wide range of applications.
